A small studio.

Cuppa Technologies builds the durable layer of mobile AI — the protocols, patterns, and primitives that don't churn when the model layer does.

We work in the open: code on GitHub, retrospectives in the Logbook, experiments at mycuppa.io, and our production AI tool at cuppa.studio.

We're not trying to keep up with every model release. We're building the things underneath — context engineering, tool design, orchestration patterns, output repair — that have to keep working when the model layer changes monthly.
